Each Newborn Care Specialist & Postpartum Doula package includes your choice of a resource page, the Nursery Stocking list, and help building your Support Circle for FREE!

Virtual Support

• Answer questions for first-time parents. 
• Counsel on basic breastfeeding and pumping, and help with minor issues. 
• I can offer resources for things and services you may need.
• If you feel alone and just need someone to chat with, I am here for you. Do you want to share your birth story with someone who understands?
• Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or just FREAKED OUT?! I’m here for you.

Virtual Newborn Care Specialist

• Newborn Care Basics - Diapering, feeding, sleep, burping, playtime, troubleshooting
• Breastfeeding - Proper latch & positioning, minor issues, help fining resources for major issues
• Multiples - Setting up a plan for more than one newborn
• Sleep Help - Helping baby work on circadian rhythms when they are ready, teaching them to learn day from night, safe sleep guidelines, associations and routine.
• Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders - Helping you with the difference between the "baby blues" and something more serious. Helping you with anxiety, intrusive thoughts and mama/baby bonding.

Virtual Postpartum Doula

• Spousal/Partner Role - Sometimes partners can struggle to find their role, especially if mom is breastfeeding. I can help partners find their footing with the newborn and mom.
• Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders - Helping you with the difference between the "baby blues" and something more serious. Helping you with anxiety, intrusive thoughts and mama/baby bonding.

Virtual Support $25

My most affordable package is offered a la carte. This package is best used when you’re not sure how many virtual sessions you may need. You’ll get a half-hour virtual session either prenatal or postpartum.

Virual Post Partum Doula $27 per half- hour

Virtual Support $70

This package includes three half-hour virtual sessions. One prenatal and two postpartum.

Virtual Newborn Care Specialist $270

This package includes six hour-long virtual sessions. During these sessions, we can talk about anything you may be needing help with. Dates and times will be agreed upon before hand and must be used within the first 3 months after birth. This package also includes six texting sessions to be used as needed.

Virtual Postpartum Doula $285

This package includes six hour-long virtual sessions. During these sessions, we can talk about anything you may be needing help with. Dates and times will be agreed upon before hand and must be used within the first 3 months after birth. This package also includes six texting sessions to be used as needed.

Virtual Support $120 

 This package includes two hour-long virtual sessions and one half-hour session. These may be used prenatal, postpartum, or a combination of both.

This package includes 12 hour-long virtual sessions. During these sessions we can talk about anything you may be needing help with. Dates and times will for 6 of these sessions will be agreed upon before hand and 6 will be used as needed. They must be used within the first 6 months after birth. This package includes 10 texting sessions to be used as needed.

This package includes 12 hour-long virtual sessions. During these sessions we can talk about anything you may be needing help with.
