Yes, for Newborn Care Specialist, Travel Nanny, and Sibling Doula bookings. For NCS a non-refundable retainer is required to secure services and reserve your spot on my calendar. Retainer is equal to 25% of total payroll amount of contract. This amount will be applied to your final invoice. For Sibling Doula bookings a deposit of 50% of the total package is due before services begin.

Please mention during our free initial interview that you have a gift certificate. Give me the code, and I will take that amount off of your total billing. If you are redeeming your certificate towards a virtual session message me for the coupon code to use.

When booking a virtual session, use the coupon code from the certificate. When booking a NCS, Travel Nanny, or Sibling Doula package, mention your certificate and give me the code during our initial interview.,

Yes, I require a signature on a contract to start Newborn Care Services, Travel Nanny, and Sibling Doula services.

Yes, for Newborn Care Specialist bookings & the Celestial & Seraph Sibling Doula packages. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, I will be on call  two weeks before and one week after a baby's due date 

No problem, we can chat on the phone or even text if that makes you more comfortable.

Please call or text between 9am - 8pm, Mon - Thur. 9am - 5pm Fri. Sat & Sunday for contracted clients only. 

I provide care during the day or overnight for Newborn Care Specialist services, and days or evenings for Sibling Doula services (with the exception of care during the birth.)
